Description
So this was a highly experimental thing for many reasons ... I wanted to try something different in terms of lighting and setting, and then just went for a completely different painting method involving a lot of new brushes. I don't really know how happy I am with the outcome of this but I should definitely keep challenging myself by painting more complex scenes. Should also practice buildings cause I'm awful at those.Do not use without my permission.

I like the ambiguity. Depending on the back-story, they could either be a police force trying to catch a criminal or something, or storm-troopers of sorts supressing the populace. It just lets your mind fill in the blanks!
