Definitely. People live in the mindset that their problems and emotions are theirs only, but really, how many people are living now and how many HAVE lived? Granted some problems are only part of a certain area, like decades, but we've all gone through it. It's A being open enough to find others and B how many are there out there with your specific/similar problem.
