As a norwegian I have to say how weird it looks with the norwegian flag and vikings in the same picture, since we didn't get that flag untill 1821.

Well, back in the day, there were lions in Europe. At some point during the Roman Empire, lions had become extinct, but they were still known as the "king of the animals" and throughout the Middle Ages, European lords and monarchs would import African lion hides, or even live lions to their menageries. It became such a potent symbol of power, nobleness, strength and the right to rule that you can find lions in coat of arms in virtually every European country today - I bet you have some of them in Poland too.
The old Norsemen were certainly no strangers to travel and trade, so they too knew of the lion as an unparalleled heraldic charge. The first Norwegian king that is for certain known to use a lion as his personal coat of arms, lived in the early 1200s, and by the end of that century, it had been "crowned" to symbolize majesty and royal power, and it also wielded a silver-bladed axe, which was the symbol of St. Olav the Holy, a Norwegian king that had been elevated to sainthood (and given the title "Norway's Eternal King") after dying a martyr's death in battle. During the many centuries after, as Norway lost its independence after the Black Death, the royal symbol became a symbol of the nation itself, and used by nationalists during the struggle for independence in 1814. It was updated during the 20th century to the specific design it has today.

Maybe I did not spend enough time colouring.... I am often too lazy to colour slowly. That is probably why my colouring is bad. Unless it is for projects I don't colour my artwork. Most of the time my colouring is uneven and light, but I should spend more time colouring in circles, layering, and colouring darker.
Yes!!!! Norway is a beautiful country!! It is the best place to be!! I do not want to live anywhere else. There are still many places I did not go to and I want to go, but I am too busy!

I see.
That seems very cool. You know (almost everybody knows) that Vikings were very powerful. And that movie does a good job stating that. I haven't watched that movie before (it is a Polish production after all), and I think I should. Is the language in Polish? (I know, a very stupid question)

Polish is one of most difficult languages - I think I wouldn't learn it if I wasn't Polish ;3

It also depends which languages I am learning. If someone forces me to learn something, I do not like it. Same with you, I forget everything if I do not use them.
