Well, the creator of Hetalia still lacks alot of nations.

In fact he chose alot of Japanese prefectures. Himaruya is the creator of Hetalia. He is japanese.

Åland is mentioned by Denmark and Finland in the Nordic character song: "Always with you... Nordic Five!". They say Åland (and Faroe and Greenland) belong to their group too. So he/she is kind of there, though never seen.
