"She wore her heart on her sleeve as she stopped at the stairs that led to a freedom she had never known and if she missed this chance, she never would get it back. She turned to face the one person she couldn't stand to leave, begging with her eyes that they would go with her."This is the first piece of art I have done in over a year. It is reflective of some of the emotions swirling in me. It's not actually directed at one person, and at the same time it is. A confusing concept I know.
