I did this for a palette contest some time back and I'm only just now getting around to uploading it. Its not perfect and there are some things that could be improved but dangit.. I like her anyway. lol She actually placed 1st place to my surprise.. there were a lot of really nice entries.base Anlina

omg, I know what your av looks like on Glam, but I didnt know you were the same person that made this doll- its amazing! lol I used to do more pixel art and only the occasional doll and then I saw this doll and thought damn, thats gorgeous and then decided I needed to make one based on the same palette of blue's to see if I could get it to look this goodXD (couldnt stick to the palette though,haha- I added like 30 colors to it, but w.e) I havent done anything but dolls since then
Im totally in love with the dress- the style, colors, pattern..everything, really. The rose is fantastic. You used the palette so well and I love all the different textures you've managed to incorporate- everything from the hair to the bag and shoes is just great. I'm really glad to see someone doll something so fantastic on this base just because no one ever seems to doll larger women- you've made her look so pretty and feminine!

I love her also.. not because I made her.. I just love the character. If I were to make her again I'm sure I'd do things very differently but still I like her as she is now.. booboos and all. lol Anlina did such a good job making her base I just had to try to use it. I'd like to use it again however ya know.. its weird.. I don't often use the same base more than once. I don't really think about it much but it could be my love for variety...
Anywho I'm so glad you like her...

I definitely know what you mean about the base thing- I think the only base I've used more than once before is this other curvy base by anlina and I've used that one 3 times,lol.

I've never known you, the person, before, and I associate most of the people I know online with their work (since we don't really know faces) and I remember this doll from a long time ago, I now know it's yours ergo can associate you with the awesomeness that is this doll.
