Well, I decided to call this one DayBreak for a few reasons. I've been kinda stressed lately with starting a new school soon, friend issues, and just other little stuff that has been rubbing me the wrong way, and one of my friends today told me to go out and do something that would make me happy, like go for a walk and take pictures. She told me to go and take a picture of something simple but pretty for her, so I decided to do just that!As corny as it sounds, these little flowers have always reminded me of little tiny sunbursts awakening to a new day and kind of reminded me that tomorrow always brings a new day. It brings new hope, new adventures, new promises, and new love. So instead of making myself feel better, I wanted to make my friend feel a little better too, I know she can use a few hugs right now! I know that it's not much, but I dedicate this to her! (heh, you probably know who you are!) And I'd like to dedicate this to a few of my other friends who I've talked with a lot this summer who helped me feel better a few days ago too, thanks you guys!!

Rach!! I LOVE your photography! This one is just as gorgeous as many of the others you've done! The coloring is so awesome, and it's definitely reminiscent of that moment right before the sun rises.

they do look like little suns.. I like the sepia-ish colour scheme too. that's a pretty font, do you remember what it is?

thank you! I actually used 3 differnet fonts for this. The first one is only able to be used with capital letters, so for the D and B i used something called 'Beautiful Caps ES Swish Capitals'. For the rest of the letters I used 'Easy Street Alt EPS'. Then for the little shadow of the words behind the main ones (which you really can't read all that well) I think I used PMingLiU, although I'm not sure if that was it.

Thanks Kaitlin! Actually I was pretty happy with how this came out, it really didn't take long to set up at all. The wind was blowing so I was trying to be quick about taking the picture so I'm really surprised that the focusing doesn't completely suck. Heh, thanks for the comment!
