Description
There we have the offspring of a third couple in my AU, CheesePie! I had a lot of fun drawing these three, maybe because I have a lot of fun drawing their parents, as well :3 Here you can find their headcanons, starting from the oldest, Strawberry Ice Cream, then going to the I hope you enjoy ^^

Strawberry Ice Cream
Complete name: Strawberry Ice Cream Pie
Nicknames: Strawberry, Berry (Pie)
Gender: Female
Age: 23
Species: Earth Pony
Mother: Pinkie Pie
Father: Cheese Sandwich
Unique Talent: Feeding and taking care of animals
Story: The little pink bundle brought even more joy in the life of Pinkie and Cheese. Pinkie's good skills in foal-sitting, however, were not fully required: in fact, Strawberry has always been a peaceful filly, able to scatter happiness and liveliness even without her mother's typical cheering craziness and nonsense. Strawberry has loved all animals since she was a little filly, but her passion grew when she visited Fluttershy's cottage for the first time. This is when she discovered her talent: she got her cutie mark while helping Fluttershy feeding some little creatures. Since then, her favourite hobby is organizing (and serving) tea parties and fancy dinners with her Aunt, having fun and, at the same time, improving her already great cooking skills.
Strawberry Ice Cream is, as I've already said, a calm but cheerful filly, she loves helping other ponies and making friends, but it takes a lot of time to gain her trust. Sometimes she can be very stubborn and won't change her idea until it's proved she was wrong (Pinkie always playfully blames Applejack for having somehow given her this side). She has a very strong bond with Fluttershy and with her father Cheese Sandwich; they share a lot of personality traits and he's the only one who can always speak to her, even in those difficult moments when she says she prefers staying alone.
Strawberry loves her siblings and creates a sort of balance among them whenever they fight, something which happens quite often. She enjoys playing with her little brother and pranking and playfully mocking her sister, but, being the eldest filly, she also has many responsibilities over the two of them. When Pinkie Pie and Cheese Sandwich have to travel because of their job of party planners, Strawberry's the one who must take control of the whole house and bakery and look after her siblings, as well. The many duties she has to take care of made her a very reliable and hardworking pony.

Lemon Meringue
Complete name: Lemon Meringue Pie
Nicknames: Lilly, Meringue
Gender: Female
Age: 20
Species: Earth Pony
Mother: Pinkie Pie
Father: Cheese Sandwich
Unique Talent: Preparing drinks and cocktails
Story: Spoiled, girly, cocky and conceited, Lemon Meringue is the opposite of both her parents (mostly her mother) and her elder sister. When she was a little filly, she was naive and lively as the rest of her family and became very protective when her brother was born. But, as time passed, she spent her time with arrogant ponies that changed her personality in more than a way. She became extremely lazy and careless for anything and fought more and more often with her little brother for futile reasons. Luckily, she finally opened her eyes when she understood she was clearly being backstabbed and got away from the group of bullies of which she had become part. After that episode the filly changed her mind, but kept her fiery behaviour anyway.
She got her cutie mark while helping her father serving various drinks in a bar at the seaside and realized she was much better than him. She was quite old when she discovered her talent, around the age of 15/16. She now runs a bar of her own on one of the beautiful beaches of Haywaii, but she owns a quite large staff and she sometimes has the chance to go visit her family.

Chocolate Biscuit
Complete name: Raphael Chocolate Biscuit Pie
Nicknames: Raph/Raf, Choco, Cookie
Gender: Male
Age: 13
Species: Unicorn
Mother: Pinkie Pie
Father: Cheese Sandwich
Unique Talent: [hasn't discovered yet*]
Story: The little colt came as a surprise to both his parents and his sisters. Everypony was expecting another daughter because it seemed the mares of the Pie family have almost only females (Pinkie has three sisters and two of them are twins, Cloudy Quartz, Pinkie's mother, has instead four sisters and Granny Pie, Pinkie's grandmother, had only one colt out of four children), but they were more than happy to welcome the tiny foal in the now enlarged family. Cheese Sandwich had wished to name one of his baby in honour of his dead father, Rafael Domingo, but he had never had the chance until his wife gave birth to their first son. The orange stallion loved spending time with his newborn colt and taught him anything he knew. The two sisters were not jealous at all and, in fact, enjoyed playing with their little brother as well. He was a beautiful source of fun and delight, especially to Lemon Meringue, who had never experienced having a younger sibling, unlike Strawberry Ice Cream.
When Chocolate Biscuit was a few months old (and until the age of 3) he was a terrible crybaby. If he didn't get what he wanted, he would start wailing and, later, casting random spells that often set fir on anything they touched. And he was never satisfied, so it was always a lost battle trying to calm him down. As he grew up he abandoned this habit and became more responsible and hardworking. He loves studying but also practicing sports and he shares a lot of time with his friends. He isn't the best of Unicorns at magic, but he can handle (more or less) the spells he learns.
He won't get his cutie mark until the age of 17, when he'll start helping a friend of his father in his garage and repair-shop.

*In the future, he's going to gain his cutie mark as mechanician
