Description Ah, at last.
A bit of a dry spell, but that happens some times. I was stuck in a sketching mode, where I kicked out all kinds of thumbies, starts, and half formed things that must never see the light of day. So, I put it down for a while... came back to it.
And froze.
Then, I very deliberately tried to ruin it.
I feel vindicated, somewhat, by my reverse psychology. It seems to have worked out pretty well.
The face gave me fits. I went back and forth with many shapes and expressions. I feel I compromised somewhat with it. But also, I feel that compromise fits in with the rest of the composition.
Enjoy.

Ed! You're back!

What can I say, other than, I think your work is great stuff? However, I want to point out, her upper costume looks to be some kind of vinyl/latex. Then the specular lighting ends just underneath the bosom. I think the apparent change in fabric could be ameliorated by a congruent change in costume color. Or, failing that, there could be more readily visible seam.

I do like the steady lessening of of light as you move down the figure.

Anyway, it looks very good.

I thought the transition might have been a little abrupt. But I wanted to see it posted enough that I let it slide. So expect me to spend another hour or two on it and then do a quick ninja edit. Yeah, just a little more red on the suit and I think I can still keep my effect.

The background treatment was a new thing for me. I usually don't go that dark. I think it worked out though. The face was this very deeply shadowed moody thing. But as I advanced the rest of the image I found it worked out less and less for me. So I simplified it greatly, and I think much to the gain of the image as a whole.
But, those are the nits I pick at.

Thank you so much, the colors are one of the things that I really wanted to accentuate. You'll probably never guess what the second is. >.<
