This is the end of an era and I will stagnate, nay, deteriorate in my art.
So please, please, dashy, make and older protret of my mentor with a gray beard, spectacles, wrinkles of wisdom, gandalfwise, so that I can continue to look up at you, tremble some more and grow grow grow in my art!

Now I will be able to sleep and paint again and accept graciously all remarks about my art because the wisdom oozes from every atom of your being.
Me too I look much younger than I am and I THANK god for that at this stage of my life.

Though I hope the sweater was real in the other painting cos I really really liked it a lot, it made such a sweet picture, conterbalancing the stern mask of the avatar.
Lots of illusions came crashing down today, but we are artist and we will create another world with the pieces, albeit a better one.
