Why does the Witch have a liberal nature when she is clearly unable to move?

I always think the Witches are personification of ironic hell.

She's gradually rusting. There's a form of Gisela that is so very shiny, right? The one that Kyouko fought is the rusting one, and that fate isn't escapable. In her Witch Card, it was said that her barrier is fast while she herself almost doesn't move.
It also appearent with the other Witches. Charlotte can create any candy but can't make her most beloved cheese, Oktavia has an orchestra as her barrier when she actually heartbroken because she can't have even a single violinist, Ophelia fought on the top of a bridge and there are so many goldfish in her realm even though she went insane because of an emotionally abusive 'lover' (who is a mermaid) and 'drowned'.
The Witches only have their despair when they turned, and thhat despair that makes it ironic.

The fact that Gisela's barrier is fast but she is slow; If we believe that she was once part of the yakuza, I think that may represent the fact that she wants to go on her own road, not take orders from anyone and not follow the FAST demands of her former yakuza life. That's why her nature is LIBERTY.
Heck, she could have been a Disney Princess XD
Am I making sense?

If it's like that, then Gisela's power won't be about motorcycle and such. Because she rejects that kind of life, she shouldn't have something like her old life, and more about what she desires.
I think she really had a connection with some kind of gang, yes, but connection isn't something that she hates. If she tried to atone, it would be like what I said above.
And I think yakuza life is generally slow and leisure. They are like vigilante, or should be like that, and rather have peace in their turf unlike mafia that more into crime syndicate.

Man I am seriously confused. Why is her nature liberty? What are the Doras declaring?

Then she might not a yakuza, but a mafia. A half-Japanese, or maybe she's not a Japanese at all and her Witch is simply traveled far.
It looks like the Doras are declaring other people's opinion rather than the Witch's. They make nuisance of themselves, means that they actually don't care about Gisela and her problem of gradual rusting, and maybe her frustration for not able to stop her own familiars.
Being a Witch that has a liberal nature but unable to do anything on her own, that's also a form of ironic hell.

True. *nods* Yet, there is also a theory her family may have been involved in organized crime.

The theory is based off of one of the production note that said the Doras play the theme to 'The GodFather' from their pipes, and SPDUDE stated a theory that Gisela's father was a gangster and she became a Puella Magi to atone for her father's crimes.
