Bubba D. Hogg– muscle for hire. Known for being the baddest of the bad. Willing to exchange fists just from you looking at him funny. Has even robbed a nunnery blind. Yet, his biggest crime of all? … Tax evasion. OH! It makes me shiver just THINKING about it!
Another redesign of an old character to add to ‘Insert Evil Laugh Here’.

Hey Andy! Long time no see! Yeah, it's been a while since I took Bubba out of retirement. I've always been fond of his design and the joke of 'doing so many terrible things, but only getting caught for not paying taxes'. So when I was making new characters for 'Insert Evil laugh Here', and thinking about who to bring back... WELL, Bubba was on the list! (With some changes to his backstory, as 10 years is enough time to grow and know what jokes aren't appropriate.)

He was an oc made for Darkwing Duck, by my wife and I, back in the day. Yes. But so was March Hare, Scare Crow, and Mary Puffins. But their backstories fit well enough to work for my own original project, so that's what I've been doing.
