I really like how this turned out!
It's as if they're ready to blow your face on TV! 
I gave you guys a preview of the Thunderbolt Bandits a day ago with TGAF: Official Concepts: Part 03 and I thank you all for your feedback on it so far! = )
These guys mean serious business and they are not the type who'll waste their effort on small-timers!
I ever wonder what it'll be like to have this scenario for a comic in future:
Chapter 75: Roadkill Gang vs. Thunderbolt Bandits
There'll be some rather interesting match ups between the BANDITS no? ^^
Anyway I haven't had time to make up a back story for these guys but I'll probably reveal more about where they're coming from in the near future.
I guess I can say this for now: Whether they are good guys or bad guys they're willing to perform an assignment if it's good money.

If the Thunderbolt Bandits's fighting moves are developed later in the comic, I could put them in as hidden characters for Burning Fur III.

Excellent, the only word I could think to use for this.
Where to start... Well the texturing amazes me, I like how you put a similar pattern from the background. Then I noticed the aura coming from Gin-Gin and from Fletcher's Arm, you didn't overdo it and gave it just the right amount to make it noticeable. The electricity coming from his arm looks a little strange however, it seems to be one base color with a lighter shade around the edges. Unique, but still strange. The highlights from the light source behind them were executed good, I like how you made the original lines affected, and not just the color. The background pattern is a unique choice, on the left it looks like the side of a building or another structure, while on the right it seems to be a strange looking staircase. I like Lady Swirl's hair. I feel as if everytime I see it i laugh. Oh, and I still think Gin-Gin is freaking awesome, but is he a wombat or not!?! LEVEL 4!!!!

I too like how this came out, as you did an excellent group shot here. Their poses and expressions certainly give them that villany look. You certainly put a great amount of detail and effort into the characters themselves. The coloring and effects are another big strengths of this drawing along with the background.

Fletcher still equals awesome with his arm, Gin-Gin still looks familiar, and their color scheme is really really pleasing! I think this band of bandits are going to be my favorite! Move over Roadkill gang, unless you wanna live up to your name I hope these guys get more then one or two apperances! *Pokes Gin-Gin over and over again* Hee... hee.... He flooooaaaats....
