im happy to say youre the third person ive encountered who anthropomorphasizes horses. the first being the crew of Mech Quest and the second being whoever drew Castle Waiting.

I can see you reference your poses a lot from a Manga called Iron Fist Chinmi when drawing these Martial Arts Characters. You also use other sources as reference for your other works. This isn't a problem but you are getting a lot of credit and admiration for it thus leading people to believe you can draw these off the top of your head.
Using references is perfectly fine, it is observation and a good way of improvement and understanding anatomy, but you should give credit where credit is due and mention where you got the help from, whether it be from Stock Photo's, a friends example doodle or a Manga. Even the best artist's in the world need references but they will credit those models or sources. Credit should be given to a reference if it is heavily used for an artwork, such as copying a pose so you don't mislead people. Also sourcing where you got your background images from, if credit is required from creator, is needed to avoid your works being removed for copyright infringement.
You should also look at other references besides Manga. It is perfectly fine to reference from your favourite Artists online for example, but give credit. Whilst Manga and Anime can be well drawn they are also limiting. To better understand anatomy you should be studying the human and animal forms. I am aware your characters are animals but their body structures are still that of humans, if a little simplified. Post some of your works on Conceptart.org: [link] or look at the tutorials people have posted, better still Life Drawing Classes are the best way to understand the human form. Conceptart is a professional forum so people will treat Artists with respect and also show them how and where to improve in a polite manner. You are not limited to the type of works you can post there so give it a go.

it's a dragon with a horse's body but it still has the scales of a dragon. It's depicted with a cloud/paintbrush like tail and leaves tracks of fire.

What a neat style this was done in! The coloring and shading are definitely the biggest strengths of this drawing. The background is also very done. The lineart is smooth and clean, and I especially like how the character's poses and expressions came out. Well done on this.

You still have a bit of a ways to go with the females, though now I think it's mainly the way you draw the clothing. Normally, clothes aren't QUITE that tight-fitting unless they're Spandex. You don't need to define the shape of the bottom of the breasts; really, all you need is some shading to show the general shape, or a couple lines at the sides and in the center just to indicate it. Hint, don't emphasize.
I'm not sure if I described that right, and if you need it clarified just ask. Aside from that particular problem, though, your work is excellent. I -LOVE- Fei's expression and pose in this pic, especially his hands (a feature I cannot draw even with reference) and the folds on his sleeve. With that stance, I sure wouldn't want to end up on his bad side. XD
Something about the shading on Feng's face bothers me a little bit, but I can't quite put my finger on what it is... Other than that, I really like the way you did the shape of his muzzle; it looks a little more natural, I guess, than what is usually used for styles like this. He definitely looks the part of the caring big brother.
