The Oracle says: " Ramua is a female youma under the control of Jadeite in episode 9.Ramua assumed human form and opened a clock store, Clock Look, where she posed as saleswoman selling very inexpensive clocks and watches for between fifty and seventy percent off the normal price. These were extremely popular, and several people purchased timepieces, including Ikuko Tsukino, Naru Osaka, Haruna Sakurada, and Gurio Umino's mother (who actually bought seven). These timepieces actually caused the owners to become extremely stressed and impatient, and think that time was moving much faster than it actually was. Their extreme strain increased their output of energy."

She was an interesting one...somehow her ability to control time made her dangerous...unfortunately Tuxedo Kamen stayed outside cutting her off and allowing Usagi to win.
