Wait, is he a Russian serving with Russians, as his flag implies? If so, why is the name in Latin rather than Cyrillic?

Well given that he's part of Dusk Squad (see his breastplate with the Dusk Sign and the american-esque flag), he would be working among English speaking squaddies, which would explain why his name is in Latin script and not Cyrillic.

It is superbly done.
But I must share a funny impression : on the thumbnail, it seems like the guy behind is in fact a very small guy in the backpack. A giant slave or a big bio-mecca?

ох ребята.. не представляете как это заебало конче, таких русских наемников немного в современной интерпретации как дерьма в Украине хватает..
Арт конечно крутой, но я не уважаю данный сюжет картины.

Не обязательно быть русским чтобы ехать в Украину бить нацистов. Другой вопрос с наемниками - дело каждого, конечно, но как и в большинстве нормальных стран наемники преследуется уголовным кодексом, и те, кто едут воевать с целью наживы должны ответить по заслугам. Лично я против украинцев ничего не имею, ибо почти все родственники живут в незалежной. Обидно лишь, что случилось так, что теперь мы, почему-то, стали двумя разными народами.
