Lamia Vikin is Vincent V. Vengeance's secretary and second-in-command of his crime syndicate. She is currently assigned on operations on Earth to capture the Penn Ai-Polaris bio-weapon (aka Pulsar Pureheart) . This makes it her personal mission to force Pulsar to their side since she has a history with Pulsar's biological mother, the one who sabotage the deal between Pulsar's creators and the syndicate years ago. She commands Vengeance right-hand henchmen and an army of Silvermen to commit criminal activity in Cornerstone City and to create chaos among its' citizens, luring Pulsar to their trap.

Vikin is a cruel and calculating individual. She shares the same goals and ambitions as her boss but is never overboard with power since she has an undying loyalty for Vengeance and is trusted as the sole heir to the syndicate. She is obsessed with Pulsar that she wanted to use her to serve the syndicate and will use merciless tactics and using torture on Pulsar's friend to intimidate her to their side. Always manipulative and cunning, Vikin will weasel her way to get what she wanted, when she wanted. She finds pleasure in tormenting innocent people for information and has no remorse in eliminating her enemies. Vikin is considered one of the most cunning adversaries to be reckoned with.

Vikin is an experienced criminal mastermind, only second to Vengeance in tactics and strategy. Her special ability is to steal energy from living forms, especially the abilities of several superhuman beings, temporary acquired them of herself (she prepares herself by using a tactic by draining the energy of some of the prisoners she takes with her in combat zones). She is an expert in logistics, torture and interrogation. She is highly trained in alien-based martial arts and hi-tech weaponry. She has extensive training in starship galactic navigation and artillery systems as well as operating various WMD (weapons of mass destruction) systems. She is an avid chain-smoker, though her physiology make her slightly more immune to the effects of tobacco.
