YAYY MOAR ART.
I like the colour scheme in this, its simplicity makes it very striking... I kind of see what you mean about the grainy texture, it's nice but it looks a bit... pixelly, I guess. Maybe it wouldn't on paper.
About the petals looking uniform – I don't think they're too bad, but perhaps the problem lies in the fact that they're all roughly the same size, and also, they all look like they're facing directly towards or directly away from the camera. When you see photos or drawings of falling petals, they generally vary in size, and are at different angles – like, on their side or half-turned away. Although, I know it's really hard to draw petals at angles
Love her hair, and also the little white rabbit. It makes me think of Alice in Wonderland
Also I think it's an interesting visual metaphor that she's falling head-first – the focus is drawn to her head and seems a kind of representative of the memory loss. Like, if she hit the ground, she'd hit her head first. That's what's in the most danger, kind of thing. Also how the rest of her body is kind of disintegrating, implying that she's losing some of her identity.
Her expression is great too. I love how you can draw open eyes, but make them look totally glazed over and not focused. It looks like she's asleep or unconscious, or in some kind of dream state.

Yeahh, I tried a new colouring technique I'm glad you like it, I wasn't so sure of it myself.
And yes, the pixelly-ness is a problem :/ I think I just don't draw large enough on paper, and the scanner is too high-resolution for it's own good. >_<

"White Rabbit" is the nickname for this character, since her hair is white and her abilities centre around speed. Alice in Wonderland is also an appropriate link, and it's where the nickname came from . I'm glad you like the rabbit! I didn't know if I should draw it in, since it may have detracted from the subject or whatever, but I just...really wanted to draw it, haha.
Your visual metaphor is almost spot-on: I wasn't planning to reveal the plot for these guys until I finished designing everything, but you're just A LITTLE TOO PSYCHIC, SOL <3 <3
I love your interpretations; just imagine me right now bouncing on my chair yelling "YES THAT'S IT WOO".

Hmm that might be an idea! Also, I think a thinner pencil would be beneficial for me too.

The childish rabbit is also somewhat significant - when she lost her memories, it reverted her back close to her childhood (because she lost the growing-up portion, as well as a lot more).

Hmm, mechanical pencil, must be 0.7mm or 1mm - it's pretty blunt to be honest. :/ Shall have to get hold of thinner ones.

Oooooo! Wonderful! The petals seem fine to me. I think you should just post all of the crap you think sucks and let your watchers and visitors determine whether or not your stuff is good.
