I've been playing far too much terraria 1.2 than is good for me so I took a break and did an art instead. I'm so healthy!Anyway this is my interpretation of the crimson armor, blood butcher and flame lash. turned out pretty nice imo.

I entered hardmode earlier and wow, the game has become even harder XD 1.2 is a great update, it makes sense that you're addicted to it
