Description
Flyer for a big house event in Amsterdam. Model was fixed on a white background, so it was a bit tough to make a natural dark atmosphere of it. Most of the hair parts were lost while i was trying to make things darker. So i had to draw a big part of the hair my self.Logo also by me... actually the whole thing... Backside is allmost finished allthough i don't think i will up it here. We'll see.
Style is inspired by the magnificent Wirestyle

'Lettertype' is custom. In other words, it's not a font

i just had a look and i downloaded the plugin.
I'm curious about the results i would give me. Looks very promising.
On the other hand, PS does have all the kind of features by default. But we'll see. Thanks for pointing me out on this.

It was indeed a pain in the ass to cut her out. specially from the orginal white background.
Also i saw that PS CS5 has great new features too. But im gonna have a look to the plugin you've mentioned. Thank you.

Yes, it was quite some work to get this done. Allthough it's far beyond perfect. Specially when i look at it right now.
It really could have been better. Swirls that aren't perfectly rounded, hair is too unrealistic etc
The original stock isn't available anymore, but this one is from the same shoot and i've used this stoch for the background of the flyer. [link]
So yes, both stocks i've used were on white backgrounds... hell of a job to create a realistic "dark nightclub" ambience.
