Tilt your screen up, so it appears darker... That renders it a little bit more easily readable.

Get this... I can actually read what it says, but I wear glasses. Without which, mind you, my eyesight is poor enough to make me LEGALLY BLIND!!! I normally can't read shit unless it's less than eight inches from my face without them, and even then it has to be large print.
Go figure...
