thanks emcorpus, it is poignant and bittersweet, for sure , but , for me, it's lovely to know my youthful soul is as it ever was, despite the fact that my  body has become decrepit with age....a wise old woman  told me to "relax into it" , rather than struggle or fight it...workign on it!
