A former henchman to Hammerhead who then donned a new supervillain identity themed around boomerangs to commit petty crimes. Armed with explosive and sharp metal boomerangs, Boomerang was listed as a very persistent crook, so much so that he would then go on to be a member of Lady Beetle's Sinister Syndicate after his defeats by Spider-Man.
