Electro

Alias: Max Dillon

Abilities: Electrokinesis

Once an insecure and antisocial technician at Oscorp's power plant, Max Dillon was requested to work overtime fixing a broken power box. While fixing it, Dillon was the unfortunate victim to an electric accident as the power box shocked him which made him fall into a tank of genetically engineered electric eels which electrocuted him. The shocks from the eels altered Max's DNA and his body became composed of pure electricity. His new form allowed him to control and manipulate electricity and travel through powerlines or circuits. Desperate for some help and a cure to his condition, Max became hostile and unstable towards those around him, thus giving him the infamous name of Electro!
