Bruce Techno is a scientist who creates machines to help Nature. He believes that his work is the future for the environment.

Unfortunately, nobody was interested in his machines so that's when he decided if he can take down any enemy, then that will prove to everyone that his machines can handle anything.

So he set his sights on the elementos because he believes that his technology can handle them. He also gave himself robot arms as an equalizer to keep up with the elements.
