The mercenary delta (superhuman) Geiger wears a vest that regulates the radioactivity slowly eating away at his body. He can generate vast amounts of energy and possesses limited regeneration abilities but the more he pushes his powers, the greater the chance of doing permanent damage to himself as demonstrated by his extensive facial scarring.
