Aw heck yes, that is some clean shading shading my dude 👌👌👌
The face is perfectly done, the eyes are especially well done. A few things need to be changed though.
The corner on the right shoulder is far to rough, looks really square, and the shading on the left arm (that goes along the red shirt) doesn't belong. Neither does the shading on the neck, it kinda contradicts the other shading.
Also, I'm not sure why, but I feel like this character should have some sleeves... Or something. The chafing on the shoulders/armpits would hurrrt.
Also, add some detail to the skirt, seems really blank.
