the elusive Canadian Lynx. I saw one in the wild and it was amazing. From a distance we thought it was a wolf (which we have seen a few of), but we soon realized we were looking at a lynx.hb, 2b, 6b pencils on bristol

Can you tell me how you draw fur? Draw white on black shade or just use black pencil? I couldnt find a good way to draw white hair between blacks. Actualy IM only using 2b for now

an absolute masterpiece!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!the line work and fine details and to top it all off the delicate snow particles-this has it all!!!!!!!!perhaps the best pencil work of a lynx i have ever seen!outstanding work and an instant favorite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what a gift to see one in the wild. I wonder what it's spirit was trying to tell you? is there something it eluding you? it may be wise to pay extra attention to people and things that are around you at this time for it is likely that things are not what they seem! You may have to dig deeply and play "detective" to get to the truth and yet if you are truly wanting to know, Lynx will insure that you are able to see it.

I have lived in the country all my life and the day we saw the lynx was the day I was moving to downtown Toronto for university. reflecting back, it must have been a sign that I wouldn't stay in Toronto because I didn't. I didn't like my program or the city and I missed the country, so I moved back home after less then a year!
