This is another drawing of the character seen in The Thorn [link] , I changed the face and hair and the costume somehow and gave her a very long sword instead of Celes' corset blade, also left out the background since I was mainly practising poses, the upper part is from some Valkyrie Project- game promo image and the lower part was my imagination where I tried to balance the pose.
By the way, she doesn't have a name yet... suggestions welcome!
The lyrics are by Penumbra.
Used: 4 hours, 7H-7B pencils.

Sehän on hieno, itsevarman näköinen 8) Ilme ja kaikki on jotenkin varmat ja vähän erilaiset kun sun töissä yleensä? Ja varsinkin yläkroppa ja kädet on tosi hyvin onnistuneet, jalat taas sitten vähän ehkä kummalliset, ainakin takimmainen jalka näyttää vähän jäykältä, mutta olet kehittynyt kovasti kuitenkin ^^

It's been awhile and it seems to me that you are improving greatly
Try pushing the curve of the body. Watch how dancers move and translate that to you character's stance; that always helps me with posing a character

I am no expert on anatomy, but it seems that maybe her right arm looks a little stiff and unnatural in that position. Maybe it could look a little more relaxed and natural by lowering the shoulder. I don't know if that is correct advice because I am just trying to stand in that position to see how it works, and of course I am at work right now so I am sure I look like a fool!
I agree with another comment that this is one of your better faces. You have more detail in the face, which adds more emotion. Her stare actually makes me feel like she is ready and determined. And as always, I like the dress design and the reds. Nice work!
