hehe, foxes are kinda good at blending in to their surroundings when its autumn! Plus, the resolution really sucks in the pic...

Looks good! Hey, did you mask off those white plant stalks in the foreground? The way they are gives the appearance that they're kinda indented or something instead of being in front... I don't have any of the masking fluid, so light things in the foregrounds of my few paintings also look that way because I have to go around them carefully. I adore the fox, though. I wouldn't change a thing about that awesome little critter!

Actually, no masking stuff!~ Just a real steady hand trying to get it to look like that...I'm glad you like MR Foxy!

Oh, so you didn't use a mask! Looks great for the technique! Mine look waaaay horrible because I don't have a steady hand at all... I'm actually rather shaky. I'm not half bad with markers, though... But paint baffles me. I'd rather just sit back and enjoy the work of people like you!

thanks! I have one brush I do it all with too! I forget what brush it is, but all my paintings are done with that one brush! It is actually, pretty thick....and I love it like no other!!! It is the BEST brush in the world, and is so smooth! That is about the only way that I can get detail like that and such...I'm glad you noticed it! I spent a good amount of time trying to get every strand of grass right...

I have many brushes, but I bought them cheap, and got what I paid for. They're scratchy, inaccurate, and drop bristles all over my work! They suck. I'm happy for you and your good brush. You two make a good team.

ya know, I think my brush is only about 5 bucks...not that much for something so great...lemmee see what brand it is Master's Touch..800 R , and made in Shri Lanka! Then, since that one is older, I got a newer one of the same build by Robert Simmones( its meant for Oil or Acrylic) But, they are both size 6....and they have a really fine point...um, the bristles are white...I think it synthetic. YEah, if you wanted all that info!

I saw those synthetic ones with the nylon bristles at a craft store! I want one! I got the "five for three dollars" brushes... This just goes to show that being cheap doesn't pay off!

oh! I found something on the box thingy...its white sable. Donno what that is...but, ya, the brustles are SOOO soft, you could sit and pet it! Get it, you won;t regret it! Plus, one brush, rather than 6 brushes...easier to carry around. I think they last a long time, and they bristles don't fall out! I shall just make this propaganda to BUY THIS BRUSH!!!

I don't know about yours, but my school puts Jazz Choir in the morning because there are only twelve of us (three of which don't sing), and no one else cares. But we make thousands every school year all by ourselves! People book us for private performances and public events. We do more performances in a year than the silly 60-member Concert Choir does all year! Then, we vote and spend it all on something fun at the end of the school year. Last year, my first Jazz Choir year, we bought a cruise to Mexico. I know, I know, Mexico must not sound impressive at all after all the places you've been, but it was quite a stretch for me! Where will we go this year?

Whoa! Thats so cool! My Jazz choir kinda sucks...we have a huge music program, and its really great! But we have two Jazz choirs, one, the higher one, that gets the top 12 people, then the lower one of 80 or so kids...ya, lotsa people...its so much. And I'm in that one, sadly...I JUST missed the cutoff, which really sux. I don't like the teacher for the lower Jazz choir, so yeah...there is my lil rant. NEver made money off singin....or at least, I don't think...unless the teachers are hoarding stashes of money somewhere....>.> ...<.<
hmmm

We're the only group at school who MAKES money instead of just spending it! Sure, the flag team and speech team do fundraisers, but their sport doesn't earn it like ours does. Harry and David, the big store chain, is paying us $1500 for just four or five performances! But, each performance is 3-4 hours in length. Basically, we sing by the cash register and entertain the people waiting in the big old huge lines. Not too bad! Sometimes, people will come sing with us or gives us tips. It's fun! We have a kick-ass teacher.

Sounds like it..I wish I had a class like that...one that makes money...although, I will be selling my watercolors and I am entering those through this summer school art program that i did! My art teacher ( whom we call "Bon Bon"...hehe) is AWESUM and has gotten us a place in a local gallery! YAy! hope they sell...
