Maybe try lowering the prices or maybe try drawing things on your own instead of using bases. And use more complex designs with colors that go well together. Something I'm seeing frequently in your adopts is that the colors dont go together very well and the patterns aren't very desired patterns.
Also dont be afraid to use free color palettes that you find online. It might help you to think up some good color combos

On the right side of the drawing there should be a button that says "download"
Click that button, then another window should open. Because its transparent it should be all black.
Right click with your mouse and a list will come down. Click the "save image" option and save it to the folder of choice.
