They only have paint, I bet. People these days should have more awesome stuff! Even though paint is okay... for pixels. Just, if you're gonna save as jpeg, save as high-quality or you'll ruin the arrrrrrt.

Even better, save as PNG. I find it's perfect for near-flawless image quality. You can definitely save as a .PNG in Paint, I've done it a bazillion times. :3
