Hey, I found your piece through Project Comment! 
Your artwork caught my eyes because it’s similar to a painting style I like and where I can give proper feedback on. And most importantly, her eyes, wow! They are beautiful! I really enjoy how you painted the reflections in them. Also the color is mesmerizing. Red as an eye color is very unusual and can seem off or frightening quickly, but here it works with her hair color very well! They look like gems, really nice!
Her expression is very interesting, she seems a bit absent, but at the same time dreamy. The hair looks good, I like that you drew individual hair strands and made it look lively. The proportions are also nice.
Something you could do next time (even though you mentioned this was a speed paint, so that might be just a time thing) is to make it a bit sharper. For example, around the corners of her mouth, the nostrils, under the eyes or chin. I also tend to make everything blurry, especially if it is a speed paint, so I feel you on that.
I hope I was able to help a bit, would love to see more of these beautiful eyes!

I utterly adore this piece! You've got an amazing grasp on lighting, as well as shading. The way you drew them is marvelous, and I wish I could draw the hair you can! It looks like it has been roughly chopped off, which, given the character, I think is actually quite a nice approach. The only thing is, and this is in my opinion, the eyebrows look a little strange. That's it, however.
Once again, you've created a beautiful artwork. Nice job!

Um well, I was pretty busy lately I had a lot of tests, and the only art I made was vent art <.< Yeah, and I kinda want to post it, but at the same time no, cuz em- my parents won't "like it" too much when they see it xD but personally I love making "creepy art" I just don't post it :'D

Rather eyes are softly expressive and the emotions within are so well balanced!the glows compared to the skin circles under the eyes gave it the strongest impact I love the readily movement on her lips and how she was silenced so quickly and rushed like she had a world to say
And her hair is on top.
Only improve your sharp eyebrows because there's a high contrast that confuses.
