I really love the color tone of the skin of first getting more red and then getting colder in the shadow. And the face features look really good! >w< Though there is something bothering me about the hair...
Perhaps you should mix the color of the hair a little with the skin tone at the places where the hair starts growing to make it more realistic and not look like the hair of an anime-maker-app (where you can put on a Rasengan sticker on a photo xD)
