It's done!

Been trying to motivate myself to finish up the coloured version of grayscale piece for my class. Quarantine amiright?


Anyway, changed up a few things, notably the trees and background composition.

Also did my best to summon some Albert Bierstadt for the lighting and overall feel, because I just adore his paintings.

Overall, real happy how it turned out!

Thank you so much, that's definitely the feel I wanted.

A knight returning from a war having seen so much suffering and knowing that, despite the relief of being home, he can never truely go back to his old life.
