I have based on the designs of Riot officially use, many of them designed , an illustrator that I really like. I have relied on a theme of Banshee and skulls.

I don’t think there’s supposed to be a whole lot of color. After all, the drawing is based off of the skin design itself so.
Also lack of color alludes to a ghostly appearance

I would change the skulls since they fit more Day of the Dead rather than Halloween.

Amazing work! I love, love, love the sugar skulls idea. Syndra also looks amazing. Well done!!
However, it seems like there are two conflicting themes between syndra and her skulls. The skulls and syndra don't match in their designs, and don't pair well together. The day-of-the-dead skulls are brightly colored, and have a familiar background that should carry over into sydra's design as well. The lack of bright colors on syndra herself creates a disconnect from the skulls' theme, and vice-versa.
I suggest separating the ideas of a banshee, and day-of-the-dead into two unique skins.

Cool skin idea, altough, aside from the skulls, I dont feel the halloween flair on her.
