First off, I'm a big fan of the square format, and it works well here.
Nicole has beautiful features, so one can't help but notice this image, but it's also very well composed.
There's a nice balance between lights and darks and good division of space.
Also, I like how some areas have sharp contrast and how in other areas the figure and background have an indistinct edge.
The straight lines in the background accentuate the figure's curves.
Finally, I have to mention how her top creates an interesting texture.
Great photo that provides inspiration for other artists!
