Remember tutorials aren't the ONLY way to do said thing/artwork.
When I started drawing I was dumb and always tried looking for tutorials thinking just reading them would make me better.
Please do not make the same mistake and actually practice drawing 😂

Find what works best for you, for me I use circles for the wrist and just kinda do basic shaped and refine it as I go. I also prefer to keep it simple and even keep the middle finger and the ring finger together, it keeps the shape basic and makes it quicker to draw the hand. It's kinda like only drawing 4 fingers except I draw that 'finger' larger so the line I add in it will make it look like 2 fingers together.

For those struggling with hands my BIGGEST advice is this:
Do NOT hide hands. Try to avoid purposely hiding a hand behind the back or in a pocket. This will force you to get better at them quicker.
Also always experiment and you don't have to upload everything you draw and do.
