Just keep practicing, have a whole day where you just look up art you like and re-draw the hands they drew. Look at your own hand and do weird poses and draw those. Make sure to break down the figure into simple shapes and to draw lightly before you finalize your lines.
Just keep going at it and you'll get better in no time!
