nicely framed image, I like the bold contrast in the colours on the side of the mountain bathed in sunlight in comparison to the shaded side

Thank you It was a clear day with bright sunlight that helped a lot to take a good picture. Also, since it's important to walk on glaciers in the morning out of safety reasons, the contrasts between light and shadow get sharp and beautiful.

Thanks ^^ Mountains are wonderful. The dramatic view, the nature, the air, the smell. Although I'm actually afraid of heights (especially of walking on ridges like this) I love the mountains too much to stop going there.
