Description Another sculpture in the Adam & Eve Collection.
Do you remember the time when your dad (or mom) picked you up and let you fly by spinning around?
I tried to capture that moment here.

In some ways, I feel as though a man and woman share a relationship not entirely dissimilar from a parent and child, in the sense of the man holding as an anchor in times of great duress; especially when their children are involved.

I'll keep going as long as I can, till I get bored with it But for now, I got some more ideas for the series.
Thanks for the nice comment!

Heh! thats kinda cool. I imagine fun loving people would buy these who were quite minimalist. could just see one on a coffee table or white plinth in a modern gallery...

looks great, but it's difficult to place a sculpt like this one on a sex themed serie...
good work as always anyways

Look at the most recent one before this. The parent/child concept is a continuation of the Adam/Eve pairing. A consequence, if you will.

Indeed! Thank you omega 85 But, no offense taken Rendan86
I allready regret that the series started out with the mentioned theme. It keeps haunting me
It started out that way. But I like to make these figures so much that I wanted to create a whole world around it.
I just want to depict recognisable all-day situations between a man and a woman (the family in general) My idea only started with the Kamasutra serie. The following sculptures will be not sex-themed. So I hope people will recognise it as a complete serie and not only as a sex-themed serie.
But I'm glad these opinions make me think about it in an other way. It's much appreciated
Thanks!

hehe, no problem buds
I just tryed to point that it's possible that some people will react to this "continuation" in a weird way if you present the serie with the original title of Kamasutra. I already knew about the other sculpt mother/son, and already had this discussion with Clayed it's only i would suggest a change in the title of the original serie, so you can't receive more missunderstanding comments or feedback

btw, you are going to expose this on some kind of gallery or it's just for the fun?

Yes, that's one of my future goals. I'll let you know when this is going to happen
Do you have a suggestion for an other name, maybe?

Good luck then, i hope you find somewhere to expose it.
Dunno bud, i'm not good at titles...but maybe something related to life, or relations, or couples...

Thank you! I worked hard on the pose. It's a pitty that you can't see it in real life though
It's always so hard to take a picture to give you the right feeling of what you want to depict with your sculptures. So I'm very glad you like it
