At least the trolls in Song of the Sea sang a song that was relevant to the plot. Fixer Upper could have been taken out of Frozen and the movie would have been better (at least in my opinion).

the "troll like creatures in song of the sea arent trolls at all the are the Irish version of fairries decendents of the tuatha de dannan, song of the sea is based off of Irish folklore, and singing and danceing is very common in the lore about the fairies

Really? That's cool, after all, Frozen had more songs (I mean, it was a musical XD).
Personally, I like the hand drawn, 2D animation.... gives a little nostalgic, heart warming feel. Idk. Of course, I respect your choices.
