Description
Project my significant other Virgilio and I are working on. We want to make a rpg/adventure and open world game with different playable characters in it. And this dragon is one race of them.There will be a variety of horns, faces and body shapes;

This one, I'm not really feeling so much. I like the color choices, but that's about it.
First of all, even though the description says "Dragon Female," there isn't really anything to distinguish this as female. She looks just as masculine as the red male dragon and not nearly as handsome.
Plus, her horns look too much like a pair of big, fat, slimy worms, squirming around, while imbedded halfway into the back of her head. And the softer, sloppier, less defined, two tone patterning on her limbs looks less like scale plating and more like a serious skin condition.
I do like the purple spikes on her tail and how they look kind of like they're glowing. I also kind of like her ears more than the male dragon's, although their positioning so close to the corners of her mouth was a poor choice. They should either be moved further back, or her mouth line should be shortened.
In conclusion, this isn't terrible, but it's not as well conceived as the male dragon.

Well, the female version is much less larger and big compared to the male. She has to survive on her own, so that is why I did her like this, I also tried to make more round and circled shapes, she also has less spikes. You can't tell who is male or female in crocodiles, your only clue is their sizes, but your human eye can easily deceive you. I tried to do that for this characters, I didn't want, in any manner, to make her looks fragile. In this character the females are all alone trying to survive on their own. And this was only a color test, there will be a lot of horns and different bodies. I just put the combination I liked more, if you didn't like or didn't feel it nice, ok, no problem. I just did what I felt nice for me, as I always dreamed about ^^

I was reading this thread and I just wanted to chime in - I really like this design and I don't think that one's personal or societal views on what "masculine" or "feminine" is should determine how good a piece is. I really like how the design doesn't read typically "feminine" at all and I love how you stated that you didn't want to make her look fragile at all. In addition, if we look at reptiles today they obviously do not conform to human's gender expectations.
With that aside,Β I think the form is well done and the rendering is beautiful.Β I am partial but I do love the color choices as well. Actually, I overall just love this character ahaha!

Really enjoying all these concepts. As someone who has playedΒ a lot of open world games though, I want to say that unless you have the manpower to do it, don't go for the largest world possible and instead try and make a small or mid size world that is detailed/full of life and character, rather than huge and empty.

she has a thick armour skin and strong teeth and nails.
It's like lioness, they are less muscular than Lions, but this doesn't mean lioness are weak or something hehe
