The last episode of Excel IS magnificent!
...but my favorite part is the stuff leading up to it -- the "serious" episodes, #24, #25, and #26. They are... awesome. Especally when Excel uses a "fist of the north star" technique to transform the burly gang leader into a small, female version of himself.
