Variant cover for She Hulk #60. I was asked to do a Frazetta style She Hulk and this is what happened. It's not very Frazetta-y really. He's a big influence of mine (and everyones I'd imagine) but I see too many bad Frazetta wannabes and don't want to be one of them. Even when I'm asked to go that way. This is more a theme that Frank might go with. I submitted 4 thumbnails and the editor chose my least favorite. They always do. Go figure. I think it came out ok in the end.Prismacolor cool and warm greys with cool grey copics, white watercolor paint on vellum bristol board.

You know this piece just screams FRANK FRAZETTA. In MY opinion you captured the Fantasy elements that was prevalent in Most of his compositions bruh. OUTSTANDING!

Great piece! Love the blend of warm and cool tones, and the backlighting on her right side really helps pull her out of the background. Love the detailing you've done on the plants and the tree; fantastic. That sword is also bad-ass!

Looks pretty amazing to me even if she seems to be lounging a bit. Your eye for detail and style of rendering just makes character works infinitely viewable.

That hair is the best thing I've seen in a while, that big chunk of black really helps to focus the eye, and the shapes...
