The shading looks almost flawless... sheesh... How'd you get the prismas to look so smooth??

I'm blown away by the design work on this! I want to do what you do with markers.

Fantastic artistry. Lipstick and eye shadow look out of place on such a subject...

I just carefully choose the shades and saturate the areas plenty. The markers take care of the rest.

I love how the swirl shapes reappear throughout the piece...over all design, the leaves, her hair, the whips at the bottom (which do work great!). Really nice.

Awesome stuff! You have a flair for creating great motion in your pieces. What size do you work at for these pieces? You pack in the details so well, especially the textures on the bark.

Thanks! I do all these at 11 by 17. That's a pretty good size to get all the detail you need, I'd actually prefer to go smaller. Markers a pain at bigger sizes, but collectors like the bigger sizes.

Thanks, man. I really thought I'd screwed this one up when I was working on it. I'm glad it doesn't show hehe.
