When studio mate Cameron Stewart was telling me about his plans for Batgirl back then it checked all the right boxes for me. Still surprised DC went for it.
Wanted to do a fanart for a while now and now that my other studio mates and beat me to it... Currently practicing watercolors so I gave it a shot. A bit tame, but anyway.
Watercolors, plus some quick PS colors to check if I could use this traditional stuff as a base for my digi paintings as well.

Things like this inspire me to try diving into coloring a bit myself too.

Nice thing about coloring is that it gives you kind of a break from drawing. Also, I think my drawings change sometimes a bit, knowing that I'll color them myself. Knowing that I'll add depth etc. in the coloring stage.

Nope. Wie mans hier sieht, links analog, rechts der computerkram. Versuch zur zeit erstmal nur grey shading zu machen, weil ich bei den farben sucke und mich aufs rendern konzentrieren will.
