We each had to design and create a wedding cake. I like the color blue, so I made a blue wedding cake
Again, my detailed oriented piping job wasn't so great, but I really liked how the flowers up top came out. Sorry, I failed to mention that the interior of this cake isn't edible just the exterior.

ooo, i failed to mention that the actual cake isn't edible. Not the wedding cakes, anyway. Everything on the outside is. The interior are all styrofoam.

Why are they styrofoam?? Is it just not to waste stuff for school? This is FANTASTIC!! What school did you go to to learn to do things like this (im thinking about doing this when i grow up), and is there anything I may want to know about the job?

As students, we are still learning so using styrofoam is good practice instead of wasting products. I went to VCC a community college that offers a baking course. Do a little research in your area to see what options you have. Concerning jobs, it really depends on where you want to work at/major in. If you're making bread and muffins and cookies and what not, your job will require an early start.
