Yay~ New character~ This is Torin, who is now part of Shards [link]
He...really likes gold He's covered in little flecks of it...

I'm glad I've finally drawn this guy I've been itching to do a proper picture with him since I sorted out his colours, such a fun colour scheme to work with I'm not entirely happy with the gold piles, they looked better before I scaled the image down...don't know how that works I'm still sorting some stuff out with my other dragon/Ari character I've been working on, and I still need to do a nice picture of Gyre hehe.

I am highly loving the lighting on the dragon and the mysterious look of the background. I do however find the bottom half where the canyon is to be slightly strange. I feels like the ground and the character aren't meshing together completely.

I do like both of them--there is an interesting play on contrast here though`

Thanks yeah, I'm not too happy with the mounds. I should have used a little bit of perspective to get the heights right, and I forgot to redo the base for each mound (in my first attempt I just used the scatter brush for everything, in my next attempt I did everything by hand but I didn't change every element over >_>). Thanks again

Ooooo...you have your own dark style character. Your dark stuff is always special I have a feeling I'm going to like Torin a lot

Actually now that I think of it, I don't have many characters that are dark in colour scheme and also dark in personality Though I guess Torin is sort of neutral since he doesn't care all that much about others I really want to get a ref of him made so I can use those colours more~
