I imagine Woody singing Alan Jackson's "itty bitty" (because they are itty bitty sized).

Awww this is neat! This is better than my drawing of Woody singing a song.
Hmmmm....I just thought of something.

This is really lovely. It looks very natural -- like you were working from a photo, which is obviously impossible. Love the particular soulful tilt of his eyebrows, and you always do a wonderful job with hands. Also, I feel your pain about drawing instruments, but you did a great job, too!
There's a great book of illustrated short stories about Toy Story, and my favorite is one in which Woody goes about trying to impress Bo Peep by taking everyone's suggestions. Buzz tries to teach him to fly (disaster), Sarge tries to toughen him up (just wears him out), Jessie tells him to sweep Bo off her feet (just ends up freakin' her out), and Wheezy recommends he sing her a romantic song. When Woody tries to sing, Wheezy gets this dubious look on his face and suggests they Cyrano de Bergerac it -- Woody sings to Bo, but it's Wheezy's voice from behind a curtain. Naturally, he's found out, and Bo is less than impressed. In the end, of course, she tells him she likes him just the way he is, and they go for a romantic little stroll. <3
My point, I guess, is that there is evidence to suggest our hero is not as vocally smooth as Lyle Lovett just yet. ;D

It's called the Toy Story Storybook Collection -- it's a big purple hardcover book with gilded pages. Not expensive at all, at least not here.

By the way, is your rib doing any better?

Hey, while we're talkin' -- there's a LJ community just for people to post prompts for stories they'd like to read, specifically for Disney kink. It's anything Disney, but Toy Story has the monopoly on the prompts. It's nicely assembled, with a list of unfilled prompts and a list of filled, art or fic. Some of them are awfully, awfully good, and some of the prompts are very tempting. I was thinking of drawing for a couple, and I wondered if you'd be interested in taking a peek? Just for fun, maybe you'd find something you like, something you'd want to fill for, or maybe just suggest a prompt. You can be totally anonymous, too, which is nice.
